SOLAR PANEL STRUCTURE

Solar Power is the future & more and more people are investing in it now a days. This project included preparing assembly instructions for a manufacturer basis which it could be installed on site.
3D FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF PLATES USED IN MANDIBLE FRACTURE

Medical Industry is something which is progressing rapidly. This project is a true example of how engineering and medical industry are interrelated. We carried out FEA of titanium plate used in mandible fractures. All the parameters like stress, strains, displacement, principal stresses were provided for 3 different cases and boundary conditions.
EV CHARGER ENCLOSURE DESIGN

EV is considered to be future and replacement of fossil fuels. As the development is going on, SizeMetric Designed & engineered the enclosure of EV charger for OEM. The scope included, market research, product mapping & detailed engineering of the enclosure.
BOTTLE DESIGN

This project is great example of how simple tasks also need engineering. We designed bottles for the client, keeping in mind all his technical as well as manufacturing requirements. Deliverables included manufacturing drawings and also the 3D files.
FAUCET TEST BENCH DESIGN

We don't only deal in CAD work but also such turnkey projects. This requirement was to design the test bench, with easy interchangeability of multiple models. We designed the complete piping layout, fabrication, drawings and the fixtures.
TRIPOD FOR WIND TURBINES
July 2020
Again for the wind turbine manufacturer, TESUP, we delivered the customer rendered images and the CAD model of the tripod that they were providing with the turbines. The interesting thing is that the complete CAD was prepared with reference of Images. The project also includes the installation manual for tripod.
HOUSEHOLD WIND TURBINE REDESIGN

Renewable energy is the need of today's Environment. SizeMetric redesigned the wind turbine for the client with all the required engineering details including the new base, bigger wind catchment area and sturdy generator mounting mechanism. The interesting part is that the turbine is for household use and can be accommodated on the house terraces.
GUITAR AMPLIFIER - MANUFACTURING DRAWINGS
March 2020
The project included creating manufacturing drawings including assembly and exploded views. The product was Guitar amplifier speakers and electronics.
ENCLOSURE FOR ELECTRONIC SPORTS PRODUCT

The plastic housing is under development for this product, which will be a handy device. The purpose is to have a cost effective, easy to assemble and light weight housing made out of plastic.
FAUCET SERIES - DOCUMENTATION

This project is a great example of how I keep my clients’ basic interests in mind. We started with discussing the fundamental requirements, and then all the documentation related to the complete series was done by SizeMetric. It included Renders, Specification documents, manuals and even animation videos.
ENCLOSURE DESIGN - ELECTRICAL DRIVES

Products aesthetics and arrangement changes are a part of improvement, and at times help in increasing market share. This project had a similar requirement, which needed better aesthetics and ease of assembly. SizeMetric designed enclosures for complete Product Line.
DETAILING - WANKEL ENGINE
March 2019
Some technologies are such that which needs continuous improvements and for that innovation is necessary. One such project that we did for our client was detailing and CAD of Wankel engine. It was a patented design and the design inputs were of client. SizeMetric helped with the machining drawings and assembly of that along, with animation.
